We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please note our policy guidelines and initiate your request via the portal at the link below. You can return items for an exchange, store credit, or refund back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to be initiated from the date of delivery back to our warehouse.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions

Merchandise must be returned clean, unused and unwashed.

Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.
We do not offer free return or exchange shipping for international orders. Customers are responsible for the full cost of returning goods back to our US-based warehouse.
APO/DPO Addresses: We cannot offer free return or exchange shipping at this time and a return label cannot be generated in the returns portal.
